CAD Documentation
Convert pencil drawings to CAD files (or document design modifications) using AutoCad 2000, 2002, Mechanical Desktop or (soon) Mechanical Inventor. Other software can be used, depending on requirements. Drawing sets can be reorganized, borders changed, etc. as needed.

Product Design, Machine Design
Beginning with the customer's rough design, construct a set of fabrication drawings to the customer's specifications. Fabrication of a prototype can also be arranged.

System Design
Beginning with the customer's concept drawings and specifications, assist in the design of the system and produce a set of detailed drawings for fabrication or installation.

Structural Steel Detailing
Over the last two years we have added a steel detailing team to our organization. We have established a track record with a number of steel fabricators and general contractors. Our experience includes detailing for a wide variety of structures in Sonoma County and Napa County, such as 3-story multi-unit residential property, business park office space, shopping centers, winery production buildings, municipal fire station, community center and custom homes.
Over the past year we have provided detailing for well over 1,000,000 sq ft of floor space.
We are members of the American Welding Society, American Institute of Steel Construction, North Coast Builders Exchange and Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.

Belt Conveyor Systems
Since 2000, ETS Inc. has completed numerous belt conveyor design projects for parcel and freight handlers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and others. Typically these projects are used to increase system capacity, reduce manual labor and speed parcel flow. Drawing on our past experience with a major conveyor manufacturer, we have also provided equipment designs for both standard and modified components. These have included drives of various designs (buddy box, motorized pulley, belted or chain driven), tails, hitches, etc., all made per the customer's specifications.

Patent Services
Convert the customer's drawings (either pencil or CAD files) to the specific CAD format required by the U.S. Patent Office. A Patent Search can be performed, as well as assistance in acquiring patents.

Engineering Reports
As required by the customer, such as; OSHA Safety Reports, detailed Project Management reports, and can be be stamped by our registered engineer if required.

Technical Placement
We maintain files on dozens of local technical professionals. When ETS receives a request, the appropriate people are contacted and screened prior to being sent to the company for an interview. Positions are typically temporary, but can become permanent after 90 days without charge to the customer. Positions starting as permanent or converting to permanent prior to 90 days require a reasonable fee from the customer.
